Cancellation & Rebooking Policy:
- Notice Requirement: A minimum of three days’ notice (72 hours) is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your full deposit.
- Rebooking Limit: You may reschedule your appointment up to three times (with the required 72 hours’ notice). After that, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be needed to book another appointment.
- Tracking: I keep detailed records of scheduling, so please be mindful of your availability when booking.
Special Cancellation Policy: Appointments from November 1 – March 31
This time of year, often referred to as "cancellation season," has a specific policy due to the higher frequency of cancellations:
- Immediate Deposit Loss: ANY cancellations during this period will result in the loss of your deposit, regardless of how much notice is given. The deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee.
- Rebooking Deposit: To rebook during this time, a deposit twice the amount of your original deposit will be required.
